三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起(qi)、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)(er)落入(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風(feng)作(zuo)用(yong)下快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)(er)不能(neng)快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
