回(hui)轉式三筒烘干機改進(jin)原單(dan)(dan)筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕(shi)料的預烘干和延長(chang)濕(shi)料在機內烘干時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能(neng)力與原單(dan)(dan)筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行參數合理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行,廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于(yu)各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)(zai)一(yi)起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體的(de)外形尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)(zai)機體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利(li)用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖(pou)分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層,實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層的抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層不(bu)(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)層滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱量,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)又(you)延長了干燥時(shi)(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層另一(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外層滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥效果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥,由(you)此完(wan)成(cheng)干燥目的。
