回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構(gou),增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長(chang)濕(shi)料在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機是(shi)通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該(gai)機工作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的截面得(de)到充分(fen)的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪帶與托輪支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪。通過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式(shi),用(yong)螺(luo)栓(shuan)固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料由(you)(you)供料裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料因(yin)自(zi)重而不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
