三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該機的支承裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動。該機總體結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料由供料裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)料移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)料在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
