回(hui)轉式(shi)三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改進(jin)原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再(zai)加(jia)上(shang)密封(feng)、保溫以及合理(li)的配(pei)套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生產能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相比(bi),提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參(can)數合理(li),操(cao)作簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒烘干(gan)機是(shi)通過(guo)對單筒烘干(gan)機的單筒體改為(wei)套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮短烘干(gan)機體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料(liao)和(he)熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入(ru)內至外筒體,在機體Z形(xing)往復折流后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面得到充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面積和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪。通過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形(xing)(xing)多回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
