三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
