回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒體改為套疊在一起(qi)的三筒,以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)和(he)熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由(you)三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得到(dao)充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)(shi)現(xian)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒(mei)有(you)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
