大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套疊(die)組成,這就使筒體的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒體外(wai)形總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由(you)供料裝置進入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進式實(shi)(shi)現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進,呈進兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重(zhong)而不能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
