三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)單(dan)筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)(ti)轉動。該(gai)機總(zong)體(ti)(ti)結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進入回轉滾筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈進兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的。
