三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體部(bu)分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒體外形(xing)總長度(du)(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該(gai)機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由(you)電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
