回轉式三(san)筒烘干(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒烘干(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料的預(yu)烘干(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)內烘干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理的配套措施(shi),使(shi)烘干(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力(li)與(yu)原(yuan)(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒式烘干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各個行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣(zha)、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機工(gong)作(zuo)時,物料和熱(re)氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總(zong)長(chang)度(du)約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)(luo)呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
