回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及合理(li)的配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合理(li),操作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行(xing)(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)各個(ge)行(xing)(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改(gai)為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流后(hou),充(chong)分利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)后(hou)再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由(you)電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
