回轉式三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的(de)(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及(ji)合理(li)的(de)(de)配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產(chan)能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容積(ji)蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘干機是通過(guo)對單筒烘干機的(de)單筒體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒,以(yi)縮短烘干機體(ti)(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作(zuo)時,物料(liao)和熱(re)(re)氣(qi)流依次進入內至外(wai)筒體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分利(li)用(yong)熱(re)(re)能烘干物料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
