粉煤灰烘干機是煤粉經高溫燃燒后形成的一種似火山灰質混合材料。
它是燃(ran)燒煤(mei)的發(fa)電廠將煤(mei)磨(mo)成(cheng)100微米以下的煤(mei)粉,用預熱空(kong)氣噴入爐膛(tang)經燃(ran)燒形成(cheng)懸浮狀態,產生(sheng)混雜有大(da)量不燃(ran)物(wu)的高溫煙(yan)氣,經集塵(chen)裝置捕集就得到(dao)了粉煤(mei)灰(hui)。粉煤(mei)灰(hui)的化(hua)(hua)學組(zu)成(cheng)與(yu)粘土(tu)質(zhi)相似,主要成(cheng)分(fen)為二(er)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鋁、三氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)二(er)鐵(tie)、氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鈣和未燃(ran)盡碳。
