回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。

三筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)截面得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)(luo)呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)(ling)一端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),又(you)(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),同(tong)時又(you)(you)延長了(le)干燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端而落(luo)(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達(da)到干燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干燥,由(you)此完成干燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
