回轉式三筒烘干機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘干機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘干和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內烘干時(shi)間,再加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理的配套措(cuo)施,使(shi)烘干機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘干機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產(chan)品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機體的外形尺寸。該(gai)機工作時,物料和(he)熱氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機體Z形往(wang)復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
