大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設(she)計(ji)成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
