三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形(xing)總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)托輪支承,由(you)電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒,沒有(you)達到干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此完(wan)成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
