三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分由(you)三個同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形(xing)總長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由(you)電機直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的熱量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)(chao)板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
