大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
