回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構(gou),增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及(ji)合(he)理的(de)配(pei)套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可(ke)(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先(xian)進、運(yun)行參數合(he)理,操(cao)作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)(ke)行,廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)各個(ge)行業的(de)礦(kuang)渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品(pin)結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起的(de)(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)體(ti)的(de)(de)外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘干物料(liao)后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其筒體外(wai)形(xing)總長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原(yuan)理
物料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換(huan),物料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被(bei)反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物料(liao)在此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物料(liao)在熱(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物料(liao)在此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
