三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
