三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分(fen)由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒體的截面(mian)得到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒體外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)又延長了干燥時(shi)(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到(dao)干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒,沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)干燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥,由(you)此完成干燥目的(de)。
