回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合理的(de)配(pei)套(tao)措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術(shu)先進(jin)、運行參數合理,操作(zuo)簡單(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各(ge)個(ge)行業的(de)礦渣、粘(zhan)土(tu)、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流依次進(jin)入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou)(hou),充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)后(hou)(hou)再卸(xie)出。
烘(hong)干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件(jian)的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖(pou)分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達到干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
