回(hui)轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密(mi)封、保溫以及(ji)合理(li)的(de)配套措施(shi),使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生(sheng)產能力與(yu)原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運行參數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各(ge)個行業的(de)礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構(gou)
三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒,以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利(li)用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直(zhi)接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內層,實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內層的(de)(de)另一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層既(ji)充(chong)分吸收內層滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層另一端(duan)(duan)而落(luo)入(ru)外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回(hui)路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)快速(su)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快速(su)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
