三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電(dian)機直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾筒的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的熱(re)量(liang),又(you)(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)(you)延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒(mei)有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的。
