回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)內部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)前濕(shi)(shi)料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)干和延長(chang)濕(shi)(shi)料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干時(shi)間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理的(de)配(pei)套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干機(ji)生產(chan)能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進(jin)、運行參數(shu)合(he)理,操(cao)作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于各個行業的(de)礦(kuang)渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou),充(chong)分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng),由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機總(zong)體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
