回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)改進原(yuan)(yuan)單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增(zeng)加入(ru)機(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)干和延(yan)長濕料在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)(yuan)單筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘(hong)干機是通過對單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機的單(dan)筒體改為套疊在一(yi)起的三筒,以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機體的外形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機工作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進(jin)入內至外筒體,在機體Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干物料(liao)后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形(xing)總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
