產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依(yi)次進(jin)入(ru)內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流(liu)后,充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面得到(dao)充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結(jie)構(gou)緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料由(you)供(gong)料裝置進入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾筒的內(nei)(nei)層,實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在內(nei)(nei)層的抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)層的另一端(duan)(duan)進入(ru)中(zhong)層,進行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)層不(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚(yang)進,呈(cheng)進兩步退一步的行(xing)進方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)層既(ji)充分(fen)(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層滾筒散發的熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層滾筒的熱量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料在此達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料行(xing)至中(zhong)層另一端(duan)(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)料在外(wai)層滾筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進,達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料在熱風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進排出滾筒,沒有(you)達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)料因自(zi)重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料在此矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的。
