三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連接。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發(fa)的熱量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
