回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部結(jie)構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單筒式(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操(cao)作簡(jian)單可行(xing),廣泛應用于各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和(he)熱(re)(re)氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利(li)用熱(re)(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便(bian)于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
