回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改進(jin)原單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內部結構(gou),增加入(ru)機前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合理(li)的配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生產能力與(yu)原單筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先(xian)進(jin)、運行參數(shu)合理(li),操作(zuo)簡單可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改為(wei)套疊在一(yi)起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次(ci)進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三(san)個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的利(li)用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結(jie)構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式行進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
