三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
