三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水(shui)平放(fang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總(zong)長度約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換(huan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地(di)被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
