大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總(zong)長度約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨(mo)損件的(de)(de)檢(jian)修更換(huan),在中間設(she)計成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進式(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)進,達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進排出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
