回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時(shi),物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往(wang)復折(zhe)流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干物料后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘干(gan)機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得到(dao)充分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方式行進(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快速行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行充分(fen)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
