產品結(jie)構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)(zai)一起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利(li)用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分由三(san)個同軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計(ji)成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)(xing)多回路方式行進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
