回轉式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機改進原單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機內部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加入(ru)機前濕料的預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕料在機內烘(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理的配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機生(sheng)產能力與原單筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合(he)理,操(cao)作簡單可行(xing)(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱(re)氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入內(nei)至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置(zhi)的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機總(zong)體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)(ban)下不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
