回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干機內部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加入機前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機內烘(hong)(hong)干時(shi)間,再(zai)加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配(pei)套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機生產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干機相(xiang)比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積(ji)蒸(zheng)發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)(xing)參數(shu)合理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing)(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)的礦渣、粘(zhan)土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機體的外形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機工作時(shi),物料和(he)熱(re)氣流依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機體Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流后,充分利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
