三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒的內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發的熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒,沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不能(neng)快速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
