回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結(jie)構
三筒式烘干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒烘干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒體改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒,以縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)體的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次(ci)進入內至外筒體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往(wang)復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能(neng)烘干物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅(fu)度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
