回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)改(gai)進原單筒烘(hong)干機(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及合理的配套(tao)措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)生產(chan)能力(li)與原單筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)相比(bi),提(ti)高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸(zheng)發強(qiang)度可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先(xian)進、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結(jie)構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和(he)熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平(ping)放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形總長度約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工(gong)作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
