回(hui)轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保(bao)溫(wen)以及合(he)理的配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產(chan)能力(li)與(yu)原(yuan)單(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘干機(ji)是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)烘干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱能烘干物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)(fen)由(you)三(san)個同軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截(jie)面得到充分(fen)(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅(fu)度地減少(shao)占地面積和(he)廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪。通(tong)過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計(ji)成(cheng)軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層,實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層另(ling)一端而落入(ru)外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此矩形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
