回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三(san)筒烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構(gou),增(zeng)加(jia)入機(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘干(gan)(gan)和延(yan)長濕(shi)料在(zai)機(ji)內(nei)烘干(gan)(gan)時間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及(ji)合(he)理的配套措施,使(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與(yu)原單(dan)(dan)筒式(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準(zhun)煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒體(ti)(ti)改為套疊(die)在(zai)一起(qi)的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流依次進入內至(zhi)外筒體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充(chong)分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成(cheng),這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之(zhi)相當(dang)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度(du)地(di)(di)減少(shao)占地(di)(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)(ban)下不斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干燥(zao)(zao),由此完(wan)成干燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
