回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機改進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機內部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間,再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)的配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機生產能力與(yu)原(yuan)單(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行參數合理(li),操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)的(de)(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水(shui)平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上(shang)輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
