三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由(you)三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒體的截面(mian)(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒體外形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間設計(ji)成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
