產品結構
三筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為套(tao)疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流依次(ci)進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能(neng)烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平(ping)放(fang)置(zhi)的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得(de)到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱交換(huan),物料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱量,同(tong)時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的物料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的濕物料(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快速行(xing)進(jin),物料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目的。
