回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒式烘干(gan)(gan)機是(shi)通(tong)過對單筒烘干(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三(san)筒,以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣(qi)流依次進入內至外筒體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘干(gan)(gan)物料后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒體部分由三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒體的截面(mian)(mian)得到充分的利(li)用(yong)。其(qi)筒體外形總長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的單筒的30-35%。從而大(da)幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
