三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是(shi)在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由(you)電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
