回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機改(gai)進(jin)原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機前(qian)濕料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在(zai)機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合理(li)的(de)配(pei)套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機生產能力與原單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合理(li),操(cao)作簡單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各(ge)個(ge)行(xing)業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短(duan)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物料和(he)熱氣流依(yi)次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往(wang)復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒體(ti)外形總長度(du)約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑(zhu)面積。
該(gai)(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
